Grapes: Pinot Grigio 100%

Harvest: Collection of the grapes in end of October .

Vinification and Refinement:  Soft pressure of the grapes with an immediate separation from the skins.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 61-63 °F for around 14 days.

Tasting Notes:  Straw yellow colour. Intense fruity flavour with pinapple and apple notes. Balanced taste with a strong sapidity and with a persistent mineral ending.

Food Pairing: It is perfect with appetizers, first courses, fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.

Suggested Serving temperature:  50°-54° F.
