Bouquet:  Delicate herbs nuance leading to more intense floral ( white flowers ) and fruity ( yellow peach ) notes that create a soft enveloping scent.

Taste:  Dry wine. Gently smooth with good acidity, fades into a savory after taste, defined by the typical notes of bitter almond.

Accompaniment:  Excellent as an aperitif or with appetizers, it matches especially well with dishes of a base of seafood or white meat.
