Victara 2017 Pinot Noir Private Reserve

Victara Private Reserve Pinot Noir is a single select barrel production, judged to be one of the best of the vintage. Victara 2017 presents with a dark rich plum color, the fruit forward wine is bursting with black and red cherry, and blackberry fruit. The mid-palate is soft, and the finish is long and layered with pleasing notes of cola and dark chocolate. Drinking beautifully now, Victara is a worthy cellar selection.

Mode: 5 day cold soak, started on wild yeast, inoculated, manually punched down twice a day.

Barrel regime: New to one year old oak
