Winemaking notes: Grapes are handpicked,
and primary fermentation occurs without the
skins at controlled temperature.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish hues.
Bouquet: Delicate, elegant, harmonious,
wide and continuous, with notes of white
flowers (hawthorn), peaches, and a vegetal
sensation.
Taste: Dry, smooth and charming, with
pleasant fruity sensations; its finish gradates
into gentle notes of bitter almonds; its
harmoniously balanced softness is worth
tasting.
Accompaniment: Perfect for aperitifs and hors d’oeuvres, it is also indicated when serve with fish or white meat.
Ideal serving temperature: 10/12°C.
