Production Area: North Eastern Italy – Veneto Region – Valpolicella Area.

Soil: Mix of loamy, calcareous, volcanic or alluvial.

Tasting Notes: The grapes of this Amarone have been dried for around 120 days and the wine aged for at least 18 months. It has an intense garnet red
colour and persistent bouquet with hints of bitter cherries, prunes and sweet spices. Uncork the bottle at least two hours before serving and drinking.

Food Pairing: Full-bodied and rich with velvety tannins it is perfect with game, braised meats or mature cheeses.

Suggested serving tempature: 63°- 66° F
